54 Crossings

54 Crossings is a new office development we are working on in Pasco County off of State Route 54, just east of the Suncoast Parkway.

The development will have two 60,000-square-foot, 3-story Class A office buildings with a generous parking ratio of 5 spaces/1,000 square feet.

Pasco County estimates the project will either directly or indirectly lead to the creation of approximately 400 jobs, generating an annual payroll of $17.7 million. The project's annual economic benefit to the county will average $26.5 million.
